Thankful for School, Food and Clean Water by Joshua Machinga

Joshua Machinga, program director at Common Ground, wrote this note to Shana Greene, Village Volunteers’ Executive Director, demonstrating what grassroots partnership is all about.

Joshua Machinga - Common Ground ProgramThere are so many things to be thankful for, and in my world, you are at the top of the list! Children are in school, families are growing soil and putting food on the table, families are drinking clean water; children are reaching out to communities, we are creating employment and reducing crime.  We are changing lives across the country!
