Dago Dala Hera Orphanage welcomes volunteers from all walks
of life to visit, bring new ideas, and participate in projects.
Volunteer activities at the orphanage:
» offer one-on-one counseling (qualified counselors only)
» teach artistic skills
» provide recreational outings for the children
» do household chores
» assist the kitchen staff
» participate as a house parent
» share professional skills with the staff
» give direction in journalism and public relations for
marketing the orphanage
Volunteer activities outside the orphanage:
» help at the local primary school
» participate in community home visits (for those interested
in health care)
