Housing
Volunteers are hosted in one of 6 double-occupancy huts. There
are raised latrines available for volunteers, and volunteers
are provided with a basin and heated water for bathing in a
small washroom.
Meals
Meals are prepared by and taken with the Program Director’s
family. Most of the produce served is grown by and purchased
from Ecogarden.
Drinking Water
Volunteers are provided with bottled water.
Electricity
There is electricity in most volunteer huts.
Internet Access
Volunteers can access the internet in Kitale which is approximately
20 minutes away.
Laundry
Volunteers have the option of laundering their own clothing
or paying a fee to have it done for them. All volunteers are
asked to launder their own undergarments.
